How do you price a job?
By how much space your stuff takes up in our truck, in eighths. That price includes labor, loading, disposal and sweep-up. A few items like mattresses and refrigerant appliances add a small recycling fee, which we always tell you about upfront.
Do I need to be home?
Not if the items are outside or somewhere we can reach. Leave them in the driveway, approve the price by text and pay online after we're done.
Will you take things from inside the house?
Yes — basements, attics, upper floors, wherever. We bring floor protection and door-jamb guards, and we're careful with walls and banisters.
What if my load turns out bigger than the estimate?
We show you the new price before loading anything extra. You can say no to the extra items and we'll only take what you approved.
Do you give donation receipts?
When items go to one of our charity partners, we email you a receipt with the date and a list of what was donated.
